Refund Policy

This policy governs cancellations and refunds for transactions with S&J.

1. Cancellations

- Orders can be cancelled before shipment booking by providing written notice to your account representative.

- Once a shipment is booked or cargo is in transit, cancellations are not permitted.

2. Refunds

- If a cancellation is approved before shipment booking, a full refund will be issued within 7–10 business days, minus any applicable bank or processing charges.

- No refunds will be issued for services already rendered or for shipments already dispatched.

3.Exceptions Refunds may be provided in exceptional cases, subject to management approval and the terms of the carrier or insurance provider.
