1. Scope of Services

S&J provides freight forwarding, export, import, and related logistics solutions, as described in each trade agreement, contract, and proforma invoice.

2. Contract Formation

A binding contract is formed upon mutual acceptance of the proforma invoice and/or formal trade agreement. Any modifications must be confirmed in writing..

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms are outlined in the trade agreement or proforma invoice. Failure to make payment as agreed may result in delayed or suspended services.

4. Limitation of Liability

S&J’s liability is limited to the extent permitted by law and is subject to the terms of the applicable shipping carrier or insurance policy. We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure, customs clearance, or other events beyond our control.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kerala, India.
